Freeplus, from Kanebo, builds its entire line around sensitive skin specifically — this lotion is paraben-free, alcohol-free, fragrance-free, colorant-free, and mineral-oil-free, a longer free-from list than most "gentle" toners actually deliver. It's a less internationally known brand than Curel or Hada Labo, but it's a genuine Japanese pharmacy staple for reactive skin. A considered toner step for skin that's tried the more famous names and still reacted.
